My work uncouples confused patterns and helps you function more precisely. What does it mean to be coupled, and why is that relevant? Experiences in life can blend things internally in ways that make life harder. Some folks may feel that bored, tired, and lonely run close together. Or sad and tired feel the same. As these become more distinct after sessions, your choices change in daily life, leading to more fulfillment, and it’s easier to understand yourself.

Home-office appointments are $110/hr, and if I travel to you, $120/hr. Sliding scale is available, and I accept HSA.

I’m very genuine and put people at ease. My intuition is quite strong, and I can understand things without talking about them. Once I’m hands-on, I have an excellent sense of why your body might feel off, even if you can’t verbalize it. Various training techniques give me insight into how to approach issues via the nervous system, fascia, bones, and muscles.

SE therapy helps bring the nervous system back to 0. Stressful events can leave imprints on our thoughts, feelings, energy, and physical body. You may wonder if this is the new you- anxious, triggered, scared, and overwhelmed. SE helps you relax back into yourself and shifts intrusive sensations to more pleasant and regular ways of being.
-
Craniosacral therapy helps with prenatal care by regulating the nervous system, aligning bones including the pelvis, and releasing fascia, muscles, or ligaments. Your stress levels and pain issues come down so that you can enjoy 9 months with a new life.

Integrative bodywork combines various modalities to help the nervous system, fascia, bones, and muscles reorganize. My training in craniosacral therapy and somatic experiencing gives me different tools to help move trauma-energy that is stuck in a heightened or excessively low state. You develop a wider range of tolerance, which helps process things that were previously repressed. This separates difficult thoughts and feelings from dysfunction, allowing you to be a truer version of yourself. Combine all of this with deep tissue, and you become well-embodied.
